Foot Soak Recipe

Foot Soak Recipe
½ cup Epsom salts
2 TB kosher or sea salt or regular salt (I like sea salt for the extra minerals it provides)
2 TB baking soda
2 TB carrier oil (olive, almond, avocado) OR 2 TB Castile soap
5-8 drops total essential oil: peppermint, tea tree, rosemary, lavender, lemongrass, lemon are all good choices for feet. They're refreshing, keep things moving in the body and clean off all sorts of stuff we would not want on feet 😉 with some of the plant power like monoterpenols and ketones, eucalyptol and terpinen-4-ol in case you want to check specific benefits of the natural compounds.

Mix salts and remaining ingredients in order making sure essential oils mix with carrier oil or soap.

To use add 1TB to 8 cups foot bath or use as shower scrub.
Note: heat increases absorption of essential oils.
