AFT dissolves our emotional attachment to painful memories or anxious feelings about future events. During a session, we step through your memories and I guide you to reconsolidate them. It is rewriting neural pathways at the very core of your being.

What would your life look like if you could resolve memories and emotions blocking you from reaching your current goals and fullest potential? Learn how memories are stored in the brain and what you can do clear them, move them and gain forward momentum
