Read more...Sometimes in life we come across obstacles, something that’s a difficult to cross or get over. In the case of the trail it was a slippery muddy area. Totally doable to get through but just uncomfortable. Besides being squishy there’s always a chance you slip and wind up sitting in the mud!
It was the kind of moment in time that comes and goes so quickly the lesson could have easily been lost. Of course, because I was out on the trail, I had time to contemplate not only the humor but to receive the lesson. Can you alter your reality with your thoughts?
