Great for cooking small batches of sauce or adding to soup or bean
Whole beans - grinds these fresh for best coffee flavor

There's actually a few varieties of mushrooms they have and great to break them up while dry and add to soups or grind into powder for super flavor

Pink Himalayan Salt fine ground
Black Kalamata Olives nonGMO - the brine / vinegar / EVOO it comes in is great for cooking and adding flavor - DO not throw it out!!
Dried Beans & Herbs
The best lentils - not green - smaller than ones you may be familiar with - very meaty PLUS burlap bag - HELLO!!
Chickpeas - LOVE this companies packaging!
Sweet basil non-irradiated
Parsley non-irradiated (note there are stems but they're really fine and don't bother me)
