Before the workshop, you’ll receive two guides to begin jotting down ideas and gathering your thoughts around some current goals or goals you’ve tried to reach but experienced challenges.
Throughout the workshop, we’ll remove obstacles to reaching your full potential and conquer once and for all those limiting beliefs and negative self-talk that is sabotaging your forward momentum! We’ll upgrade the language of your goals and create a solid connection to their success.
Week 1—SMART Goals: When you fully understand this type of goal and explore the concept, you’ll create plans with a clear path to completion. We’ll explore this goal type in a fresh, new way and clear obstacles to reaching your goal.
Week 2—HEART Goals: An alternative way of looking at SMART goals to match your values. We’ll determine how your goals fit into your larger picture and create aspirations that speak to your core values and life mission.
Week 3—End vs Means Goals: Once you know the difference between the first two goal types, we’ll create custom goals for you and clear your path. You’ll no longer wonder about goal planning because you’ll be able to see how your vision and actions fit into the larger scheme of things.
Week 4—Success Techniques: You’ll learn several “brain hacks” to keep you on track daily. Sure success is not just about affirmations or positive thinking. It involves moving from vision to action over and over again. It’s about feeling fully empowered from the inside out.
