For years I struggled with negative self talk and spinning internal dialog. Instead of being my own best friend I was a big bully to myself. I turned that around and it took lots of trial and error to find a way that made it easy to move from fear to healthy, gentle boundaries externally. I discovered that my challenge to set simple external boundaries had everything to do with my internal dialog, what I thought of myself and how I felt about myself. What we will cover:

Week 1 - Introduction to how to stop the inner critic and mind mapping to create a plan for yourself. Week 2 includes a worksheet expanding further on each of the concepts in this first week

Week 2 - Expanding on the inner critic and what to do when others try to make us feel guilty

Week 3 - Relationships and how keep them in their proper order and perspective

Week 4 - Your "self-talk" plan and making it stick - let's get that inner voice on the right track and keep it there for good!


Each workshop will be conducted by Dee Castelli. During each workshop we'll introduce the topic and concepts. Be prepared to use your sense of smell for clearing along the way as we go through the workshop activities.

This is a workshop, not an AFT session, and we will be using our sense of smell. You can use any fresh herbs, dried spices or citrus fruit if you don't have Young Living essential oils. (If you'd like oils for the workshop I can help, just reply to your confirmation email) Any natural botanical will work as long as it's not synthetic so no scented lotion or candles. This is fun and easy!

You can attend each workshop live plus go back to experience each workshop multiple times. You'll have access to the replays.

Each week we'll look at your boundaries in ways that set you up for success, we'll clear away current situations that may be creating challenges, we'll conclude with setting you up to speak your gentle boundaries with grace and ease.
