This workshop combines aromatherapy with other techniques for creating gentle boundaries that stick. You can use any fresh, natural botanical to explore if you don't have pure essential oils. Use fresh or dried herbs, dried spices or citrus fruit for the workshop. If you have Young Living essential oils, have on hand whatever appeals to you. 


Lesson 1 - Introduction to Gentle Boundaries and Boundary Basics. What are some things missing from all the boundary information out there? A brand new way to look at boundaries. What boundaries are and are not plus the six types of boundaries. We'll clear any negative thoughts and invite clarity and power your most challenging area. 

Lesson 2 - What is the first half of a boundary? Why is this critical to successful boundaries that stick?  We'll clear any negative thoughts and limiting beliefs to pave the way for installing more productive beliefs.

Lesson 3 - What is the second half of a boundary that makes them 100% within your control? This is a brand new way to understand how to create a boundary that cannot be broken. If you have ever said "I tried boundaries but people don't respect my boundaries" then you are not defining boundaries. 

Lesson 4 - Getting clear and mastering your boundaries. Effective communication of gentle boundaries. Once you have cleared out negative beliefs, it is critical to install attitudes and mindsets that will move you in the direction of fully claiming your life and feeling real peace from within. Create and nurture healthy, peaceful relationships.


Each workshop will be conducted by Dee Castelli. During each workshop we'll introduce the topic and concepts. Be prepared to use your sense of smell for clearing along the way as we go through the workshop activities.

This is a workshop, not an AFT (Aroma Freedom Technique) session, and we will be using our sense of smell. You can use any fresh herbs, dried spices or citrus fruit if you don't have Young Living essential oils. (If you'd like oils for the workshop I can help, just reply to your confirmation email) Any natural botanical will work as long as it's not synthetic so no scented lotion or candles. This is fun and easy!

Each week we'll look at your boundaries in ways that set you up for success, we'll clear away current situations that may be creating challenges, we'll conclude with setting you up to speak your gentle boundaries with grace and ease.
